Business Travel Charter Service (Price List)

Whether you need airport transfers or cross-border transportation, we can provide the highest quality service. Below is our basic price list:

• Hourly rate: $350, with a minimum of 3 hours (tunnel and parking fees are not included).
• Additional pick-up/drop-off locations requested by the customer will be charged at $100 – $500 per trip, depending on the distance.
• Free waiting time for the driver: 20 minutes. After that, a fee of $350 per hour will be charged.
• Waiting time at customs: If there is a waiting time due to customer’s documentation or luggage inspection by customs, the driver will provide free waiting for 30 minutes. Beyond 30 minutes, a waiting fee of $350 per hour will be charged. The waiting time does not include the regular queueing time for customs clearance. If the waiting time is less than 1 hour, it will be counted as 1 hour.

Airport waiting time.

Our drivers will estimate the waiting time based on the customer-provided flight arrival time and the time it takes for the customer to clear customs and collect their luggage. Typically, the waiting time is around 40 minutes. The driver will wait in advance, but if the customer exceeds 60 minutes due to waiting for luggage, documentation issues, dining, shopping, or other reasons, an additional fee of $350 per hour will be charged.

If there are any changes to the itinerary, please inform us in advance. Our drivers will adjust the pick-up time accordingly based on the situation.
