Service hours

Our regular working hours are from 7 AM to 12 AM (midnight).
The special period is from 12:01 AM to 6:59 AM, and during this time, an additional fee of ¥200 will be charged for each destination.

Important notes

We provide 7 or 8-seater business cars. The 7-seater car can accommodate 6 passengers, and the 8-seater car can accommodate 7 passengers.
The price for the 8-seater car will be quoted separately.
We will arrange a suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers specified in the customer’s booking, including children who are considered as passengers. If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, our drivers have the right to refuse boarding.
If a customer is unable to travel to Hong Kong, Mainland China, or Macau due to personal reasons or documentation issues, the customer will be responsible for paying the original fare for the booked trip.
If there are any goods or merchandise in your luggage, please inform us in advance as we may need to charge an additional fee.
Please inform us in advance of the number of passengers and the number of pieces of luggage when making a reservation.
We do not allow any pets to be carried on board.
